Empty Your Teacup: a Practice of Embodiment

As we get older, we fill our cups with our past experiences and knowledge — some pleasant, some unpleasant. These keep us from living in the moment. They keep our minds busy and many times stressed.
This practice of Embodiment is designed to empty our cup to create space manifesting as grounded, openness, clarity, and presence.
Session 1 - Grounding
Allows a sense of centered, whole, complete, and at ease. You feel solid, rooted, and stable like a tree in an open grassland plain, unmoving and perfectly content.
- You will be taught the mechanics of breathwork.
- You will be given guidance to maintain a deep pelvic breathing throughout the day.
- You will be taught a progressive approach to releasing stress, anxiety, unhealthy emotions into the Earth.
- You will learn how to stay rooted to reality by reducing dissociative events.
- You will experience profound stillness and clarity of mind that with discipline can generalize into everyday life.
- You will be empowered through reaffirming this innate connection.
Session 2 - Awaken
Allows you to remember who you are, where you are at this very moment, and what your path is. You evoke a deep ancestral strength from within.
- You will continue building a progressive approach to releasing stress, anxiety, unhealthy emotions into the Earth.
- You will strengthen your ability to “Stand up” for your beliefs.
- You will connect to a deep innate strength within.
- You will find stability in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.
- You will become present to how you engage your environment.
Session 3 - Harmonize
Allows you connect with your innate power and then align with external energies. You reclaim your birthright — YOU are the fusion of Heaven and Earth in manifest.
- You will continue building a progressive approach to releasing stress, anxiety, unhealthy emotions into the Earth.
- You will connect with and cleanse the foundational energies of your being (Chakras and Taiji Pole).
- You will be deeply grounded into Earth.
- You will be open to receive inspiration and intuition of the Heavens.
Participants will be given access to recorded meditations
for 30 days after the event.
